Once you have completed this form and sent it to us you will receive a declaration of Conditions of the Highway to sign and and return with the fee. The declaration requests information on the company, location of scaffolding/hoarding and details about the condition of the Highway before the scaffolding was erected. The form cannot be filled in on screen because it needs to be signed by the company taking out the licence.

The fees for this licence are payable for each street affected by scaffolding or hoarding. The fees per street are currently:

£75.00 for up to the first four weeks or part of four weeks
£33.00 for up to extension for four weeks or part of four weeks

In addition, we ask for a deposit of £115.00 returnable if you telephone us immediately when the scaffolding or hoarding is completely removed.
