It will also help us to provide you with confirmation of receipt.
What will happen to the information you supply
It will be seen only by the Kirklees Council staff who will be dealing with it. It will be kept securely, and will not be shared with other organisations or agencies unless we need to do so to complete the processing, or unless the Law requires it. If you have supplied credit card information, we will not keep this once your payment is processed.
