Opening times

  • 11.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday
  • 12 noon until 5.00pm on Saturday and Sunday

Admission

The museum is free of charge.

Photography

Photography is permitted upon application to the museum.

Shop

The museum has a shop selling a wide range of books postcards and pocket money souvenirs. Cold drinks are available for purchase at the reception desk.

Parking

Access to the museum is via the main drive. There is ample free parking in the main car park just off the drive.

Ground floor displays are via steps and rail at the front entrance or via a ramp at the rear.

There is a fully accessible toilet.
