I was prevented from using the route - is it a public right of way?
To find out if it is a public right of way please complete the service request form with all the relevant details. On receipt, an officer will check if the route is recorded as a public right of way. Can something be done to clarify the route?
Yes, sign posting and any waymarking can be undertaken to indicate the route. If you wish further clarification of a route please complete the service request form. Can something be done about aggressive behaviour from landowner?
If there is physical or verbal abuse then this matter should in the first instance be reported to the police. You may also report this and other instances by completing the service request form with all the relevant details.
