What do I do about an aggressive dog, which is preventing use of a path?
If you wish to report an aggressive dog please complete the service request form with all the relevant details. The problem may be forwarded to our dog warden unit.

Can bulls be kept in a field with a public right of way through?
Yes, if the bull is under 10 months old. Bulls not of a recognised dairy breed and with cows can legally be kept in a field with a public right of way through it.

There is a dangerous horse, or other animal in the field with a public right of way through it - can something be done?
A prosecution can be brought against a farmer when they knowingly place a dangerous animal in a field with a public right of way. Please report any incidents to us by completing the service request form.
