Since September 2016 the Library Service has been working more collaboratively with partners, volunteers and Friends Groups to deliver its wide range of services, both in libraries and in other community venues.

The Council has a statutory duty to deliver a library service. With a budget of £2.238 million we will continue to deliver a range of services that meet the outcomes of Kirklees Council and the Library Service.
