Huddersfield Art Gallery presents an exciting programme of temporary exhibitions throughout the year, featuring the best of art, craft, photography and sculpture from regional, national and international artists. The permanent collection of over 2000 works of art includes paintings, prints, drawings and sculpture representative of 20th century British art. Major works in the collection include Francis Bacon's 'Figure Study II', Henry Moore's 'Falling Warrior', as well as works by Stanley Spencer, Edward Wadsworth, and L S Lowry. |
