With so much fun to be had with computers, television and i pods , it's easy to forget that there's a world of fun to be had playing sport. And it's important - your body and mind need physical activity for you to stay healthy. You just need to Get Going.

Get Going with Sport Unlimited - there's such a lot of sports to try, you can almost be certain there's one that's suitable for your build, abilities and temperament.
Your chosen sport doesn't have to be vigorous or necessarily rely on strength, speed, or stamina, it just needs to be interesting, something to get you motivated and moving. You'll be surprised how much you improve with regular sessions.
Every sport can teach you something different: Here's just a few examples Soccer (footwork, foot speed and agility), Tennis (shoulder movement and eye-hand coordination), Cheerleading (team work, discipline, communication and co-ordination) Basketball (quickness), track and field (coordination and technique), cross country (endurance) skateboarding (balance, coordination, creativity and flexibility.)
Playing sport will help prevent complications in your health both now and in the future and you'll find that it will improve your mood and reduce the chance of becoming unhappy, and it's a great fun way to be with friends and make new ones.
