Kirklees Population Projections

Office for National Statistics (ONS) Revised 2004-based, 2006 and 2008 Sub-national population projections for each year by quinary age groups and gender.

Note: The projections for 2004 are much lower than the 2006/2008 predictions for population change over the next 25 years. Each set of projections are given here to allow comparisons to be made. For example, the revised 2004-based projections shows a 2029 figure of 448,200 compared to the 2006-based projection figure of 466,400 and the 2008-based projection figure of 470,100.
