Area profiles contain information which is generally updated at least once a year, and is more current and up-to-date than the 2001 Census; however, the 2001 Census is sometimes the only source for certain data. Topics covered include population estimates, road traffic casualties, SMRs, recorded crime, employment and unemployment, council tax bands and benefit recipients, welfare benefits, electoral turnout, house prices, GCSEs, land use, and household income. Note: Not all of the topics listed are available for each of the geographies listed below.
