Katy Venters (following up her success at the British Championships) had a comfortable win in the 16-18 years 200 Backstroke in a time of 2.20.33.

Rebecca Green knocked an incredible 25 second off her best time to win the 15 years 1500 Freestyle in 18.03.52 and set her first national time for the year and a new club record.

Alicia Holdsworth, Mathew Marshall and Holly Scott all picked up silver medals with Holly swimming her first national qualifying times in the 100 and 200 Butterfly for the year.
