Well into Words
Using Bibliotherapy to enhance wellbeing
Well Into Words logo
An outreach project working across Kirklees with people who may suffer from stress, have mild depression, be isolated or who are lonely. We aim to develop relaxation, build confidence, and improve health and wellbeing using book related activities via one to one sessions and groupwork.

Our flexible model of bibliotherapy allows us to deliver group sessions not just in libraries, but on hospital wards, drug and alcohol centres and dementia cafes, to name just a few.
