Sport and leisure activities for the over 50s
Sport and leisure activities for the over 50s including badminton, table tennis, carpet bowls, swimming, use of fitness suite, fitness classes, social games, crosswords, quizzes & pool table. A social day for over 50's includes hot drinks & lunch

Open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 3.30pm.
Lunch included in the price. Please contact the centre for further information.

History
Colne Valley Owls has been running now for 25 years, although there have been some changes, like the addition of the fitness suite & a change to the lunch menu to include healthier options, the day is still based on giving over 50's an enjoyable mix of social & physical activities throughout the session.
