| History | Better Health at Work was created to help improve the health of working people in Kirklees. We can help with specific problems individuals are experiencing at work, such as musculo skeletal problems, stress or bullying.
We provide health and safety advice to small businesses and we help businesses to improve the overall health of their employees.
To date, our Well-being advisors have worked with over 25 local companies, reaching 15,000 staff offering free advice and support around
- regularly exercising
- eating healthily
- alcohol awareness
- stopping smoking
