Walk In Centres (Kirklees)
|
Walk-in Centres give you fast and convenient access to local NHS services, information and treatment without needing an appointment. They do not replace local GP or hospital services but complement them. They cannot treat children under two years of age.
The Locala Walk-in Centre in Dewsbury is in the Accident and Emergency (A & E) department of Dewsbury Hospital, and offers a nurse-led service for minor illnesses and injuries.
It is open: Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am to 6pm.
This is currently the nearest centre to most parts of Kirklees, but there are also walk-in centres in Wakefield, Leeds and Oldham. For more details please use the web link.
