Huddersfield Customer Service Centre
Enquiry centre for callers in person at Civic Centre 1. Open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our service incorporates Social Services, Council Tax, Housing Benefits, Kirklees Passport, Homelessness, Tenancy Relations, and Private Sector housing.

There are kiosks for payments of Council Tax, Housing Rents, other Council accounts and water bills.

In Civic Centre 1 you can also enquire about school submissions, free school meals, Blue Badges and the Credit Union.

HM Revenue and Customs operate in Civic Centre 1 on Tuesday and Thursday.

There is a surgery for deaf people on Friday morning by appointment only.

There are free phones for customers to contact other Council departments, and public access pcs.
