Social and sporting activities for those over 50. Includes badminton, table tennis, board games, and much more. Also, the chance of instruction in keep fit, tai chi and yoga.

Meetings on Tuesday from 9.30am to 3pm.

Price £5 (includes tea, coffee and biscuits)
