Item Charge 2007/2008

Books Free for 3 weeks

Overdue Charges £0.10 per book per day overdue plus a charge of £0.50 each time a reminder is sent.

Mobile Libraries £0.05 per book per day overdue plus a charge of £0.50 each time a reminder is sent.

Books renewed when overdue are still liable for overdue charges. (Maximum charge £10.00)

Males 65+ Free

All concessionary groups are still liable for the £0.50 charge when a reminder is sent.

Lost books in print or otherwise available

Where possible the actual replacement cost will be charged.

Lost Inter Library Loan - information to be requested from Bibliographical Services, as charges will vary depending on where the item was borrowed from and what type of item it is.

Where a lost book has been paid for and is subsequently found, a 10% administration charge will be deducted from the refunded sum.
