Laurel Court Disabilities SchemePublished 17 May 2013 A plaque was unveiled by Cllr Molly Walton, Kirklees Council Joint Cabinet Member for adult social care services, at Laurel Court, a new housing development by the support housing provider Riverside for adults with learning disabilities in Newsome, on Wednesday 24 April 2013. The development will give twenty six people with learning disabilities an opportunity to live in their own home on a supported living basis. Staff will be on site to offer as much support as they require – up to 24 hours a day.
