Local Housing Assessment 2006
The Local Housing Assessment 2006 provides information on the local housing market. It outlines local housing
demand and supply and the level of housing need within the area. It estimates housing needs for the next five
years. The assessment will therefore guide the strategies, policies and decisions of the council and their
partners and other agnencies in addressing the need for affordable housing of appropriate tenures.
