What is a Home Care Payment Card?

This card is a way of paying home care charges. The Home Care Team will make sure you receive your card.

How do I know how much my home care will cost?

Everyone receiving home care is assessed to calculate how much they should pay for their care. We then write to tell you how much you should pay. To pay for home care services take your payment card to any Post Office. The counter staff will swipe the card, take your payment and give you a receipt. Any changes in the home care services you receive or any change in our charges will automatically be adjusted on your swipe card account.

Who do I contact to receive a Home Care Payment Card?

Once we have agreed a start date for your home care service, the Homecare Team will ask Giro bank (Post Office) to issue a card. This will be sent to the Home Care team who will then make sure you receive it.
