If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from Kirklees Social
Services it may be most effective to try to resolve the matter by talking to management
in the service you are not satisfied with.
If Kirklees Adult Services have arranged a service to be provided by a voluntary or private organisation, you may contact the Complaints and Representations Unit, the organisation itself or the Commission of Social Care Inspectorate (C.S.C.I.).
If you are still not satisfied after the response or you do not want to consider
the above you can:
write to the Complaints and Representations Unit, or fill in the Social
Services Complaints form online
If you wish to make a comment, please write to, or telephone, the Complaints and
Representations Unit. All comments will be acknowledged and passed on to the appropriate
