Gateway to care in Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Batley and Cleckheaton have accessible office which offer information and advice about the range of services offered by Adult Services, the Health Authority and hospitals, and other local organisations.

Gateway to care services including:
  • information
  • advice
  • counselling
  • benefits advice
  • assessments of need - Community Care Assessments
  • blue parking badges
  • concessionary travel passes
  • personal support
  • disability equipment
  • home adaptations.

Staff can also assist by sign posting to the relevant professionals for form completion, such as specialist benefit advisors.
