Wring out the tea towel, twisting it as far as you can.

Dry the dishes and put them away, reaching up or down into cupboards.

Wash up but move a bit further away from the sink so you have to stretch a little to complete the job.

Hold on to the side, lift your leg bending at the knee, hold and then lower.

Pick up a bag of rubbish and carry it to the bin.

Stand tall holding on to the side. Raise your toes taking your weight back onto your heels and without sticking your bottom out. Hold for a second and lower your toes slowly.

Raise your heels taking your weight over the big toe and the second toe. Hold for a second and lower your heels slowly.

Put the shopping away, reaching up and down carefully and in a controlled way.

Wipe down the surfaces in the kitchen, vigorously and using the cloth in both hands.
