About Arts in the Neighbourhood
The Arts in the Neighbourhood small grant scheme is run by Culture and Leisure Services. Applicants can apply for
amounts from £150 to £2000 for arts and creative projects.
What is the grant for?
It is to help community and voluntary groups set up arts and cultural projects and events by contributing
towards the costs. Projects must be wholly or mainly for the benefit of Kirklees residents and involve Kirklees
residents.
Application dates and documents
2008/2009
- Round 1 - Deadline for receipt of applications is 30 April 2008 (for projects taking place after 1 August 2008)
- Round 2 - Deadline for receipt of applications is 29 August 2008 (for projects taking place after 1 December 2008)
- Round 3 - Deadline for receipt of applications is 31 December 2008 (for projects taking place after 1 April 2009)
