Food complaints are investigated by Environmental Health Officers based in Huddersfield. If you have the food you are complaining about in your possession you can take it to the Environmental Health Office at the address below for safe keeping. Alternatively, you can contact us and ask for an officer to come and collect it from your home. You must print out and complete the Food Complaint Investigation Form (PDF 26kb) with as much detail as possible and keep the food you are complaining about in your refrigerator until it is collected or until you are ready to take it to the Environmental Health Office.
