Is your organisation full of ideas to improve the local environment but lacking funds?
If your project helps protect and enhance the environment for the benefit of the people of Kirklees, your group could be eligible for a grant. The aim of the Environment Grant Scheme is to support projects which protect and enhance the environment and reduce carbon emissions for the benefit of the people of Kirklees. Kirklees Council would like to:
The grants can be used as match funding, all applications must demonstrate value for money. All grant-aided groups have to be formally constituted
with people designated to manage the project, look after the funds and with a bank account.
