Independent visitors

In Kirklees, there are many children and young people in the care of the authority who would benefit from the support of a trusted, reliable adult friend. An independent visitor is a volunteer over the age of 18 who has time to spend with one of these children or young people.

We will shortly be recruiting new Independent Visitors. If you would like more information or are thinking of applying to become an Independent Visitor please contact Chris Berridge on the number below:
