Linkage of evidence to the ten dimensions of quality

Gillian Butterfield - June 2005
gillian.butterfield@kirklees.gov.uk

There are many types of evidence that can be used to show compliance with the Ten Dimensions of Quality.

The list that is inserted within each Dimension shows examples of evidence that are directly linked to that Dimension. These are examples only, you may decide to use different types of evidence also.

Some of the evidence can be used more than once and this will be referenced within the evidence collation system you will be operating.

Whilst it is important for evidence to be collated in your portfolio, also remember that during your assessment evidence can be observed on the day.
