The Graduate Leader Fund

The Graduate Leader Fund (GLF) supersedes the Transformation Fund, focussing specifically on securing graduate leaders who will be known as Early Years Professionals (EYP).

The Graduate Leader Fund is the Government’s main investment in improving the quality of the early years workforce. It is central to raising standards and will help to encourage a culture of continuous quality improvement.
