Publish 1st Competition Notice - this is an invitation to interested parties to bring forward proposals for establishing a new school June/July 2010 Statutory proposal/notice and 6 week representation period
September 2010 Cabinet decide proposal
November 2010 2nd Competition Notice - to publish all the proposals submitted to the LA  
January/February 2011 Cabinet consider report on the outcome of the 2nd Competition Notice.

LA decides proposals OR refers proposals to the Schools Adjudicator for a decision if the LA is the proposer or has an interest in a Trust school bid
