Date Consultation and statutory proposals and notices
January 2010 Seek cabinet approval for statutory processes
February to April 2010 6-week statutory consultation for proposals to enlarge and change the upper age limit of Heaton Avenue First and Nursery School
April 2010 Report outcomes of the consultation to Cabinet and seek approval to publish proposals
May 2010 Publication of statutory proposals and notice and start of 6 week representation period
July 2010 Cabinet meet and decide proposals for Heaton Avenue
September 2011 onwards Implement proposals
