The Carephone Home Safety Service is an accredited service

Kirklees Council Carephone Home Safety Service is accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).

It is the highest form of quality recognition for the industry which sets stringent standards, showing that that Carephones provides a high quality and user-focused service.

To achieve the accreditation the service has to undergo a thorough audit each year, similar to a robust organisational "Health Check", which it needs to pass in all areas.

The Telecare Services Association (TSA) are the national representative body for the telecare industry. They promote and support the telecare industry and support national government in developing community alarm services.
