Kirklees Council Domestic Violence team offer support including counselling, legal advice, refuge accommodation and the Sanctuary Scheme, which can provide free security so that people can stay in their own homes. We work with other organisations such as the Police, Health and the Kirklees Domestic Violence Forum to provide temporary or emergency accommodation, information and support for people affected by domestic violence.
