Remember the person - Dementia Awareness Week 20 - 26 May 2012

Kirklees Council, the Alzheimer’s Society and others will be raising awareness of the effects of dementia during National Dementia Week from May 20-26. The theme this year is ‘remember the person.’ and is about encouraging others to look beyond someone’s diagnosis of dementia and to the person themselves.
