The Kirklees Information Sharing Service provides:
- validation of a child and family details.
- information as to whether a Common Assessment or a Lead Professional already exists.
- Iinformation searches to find out which services the child or family are known to.
- a central point for holding completed Common Assessments and MAST (Multi Agency Support Team) action plans.
