Staff may undertake Level 2 and 3 CAF training if they have acquired a basic knowledge of CAF through any of the following routes:
Level 2 and 3 training programmes are targeted at staff who will undertake a Common Assessment as part of their role and may take on the role of Lead Professional as part of a Multi Agency Support Team. Managers will nominate which workers will participate in this training. The training is to be offered in multi-agency groups to uphold the principles of integrated working. Staff must check with managers to determine if it is appropriate to complete Level 2 and 3 training and be released from work.
