Who can have day opportunities and where are they?
Kirklees Council Well-being and Communities can help the following people to get day opportunities:- Adults with a learning disability
- Adults with a physical disability or sensory impairment
- Adults with mental health concerns
- Older People
- Younger people with dementia.
Who provides day opportunities
Day opportunities are provided by Kirklees Council or one of several other independent and voluntary sector providers that we have a contract with.Alternatively you may choose to receive a direct payment and arrange your own support.
