The 'Leaving Care Guide' is a publication produced for young people by young people.
The guide aims to provide information about the services available for young people
living Local Authority care.
The publication sets out a list of agencies and contact details which includes; who qualifies for financial help, managing your money, advice on independent living, benefits and health contact information.
You can receive a printed copy of the Leaving Care Guide from the Leaving Care Team
