A grand plan for HuddersfieldCorporate Research & Consultation Team - February 2011huddersfield.plan@kirklees.gov.uk We asked you to help us to develop a plan for Huddersfield which guides our town's growth and prosperity in a way that offers us a decent standard of
living, better jobs, pleasant open spaces, and all the quality services and facilities the residents of a major town should expect. These pages describe the issues which we need to consider if Huddersfield town centre is to thrive; from where we shop, go to work and spend our
leisure time, to how we travel, and best protect our listed buildings by putting them to new uses. We wanted to know if these were the things that were important to you, and whether you thought there were other things we hadn't thought about and should.
