Enforcement complaint form

Planning - October 2008
dc.admin@kirklees.gov.uk

If you would like us to investigate a possible breach of the planning rules, please complete the form below.

The name and address of any complainant will be kept confidential, although if you decide to comment on any subsequent planning applications, these comments will be available for the public to read.

Before filling in the form you may wish to check Planning applications online. You can check to see if planning consent has been approved or if a condition has been placed on that planning consent. This will help you to make your complaint more specific.

Please provide as much information as possible. This will help us to provide a more efficient service when dealing with your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and visit the site within 21 days (sooner in more urgent cases). After we have investigated we will tell you if no breach of planning control has taken place or what action we propose to take.

Please see Planning enforcement and Enforcement brief guide which explain how we will deal with your complaint.
