Graffiti is a drawing or inscription made on a wall or other surface, usually so that it can be seen by the public.
Kirklees Council is responsible for removing graffiti from things like public buildings, monuments, benches and bins.
If the graffiti is on private property, it is the responsibility of the surface owner to remove the graffiti.
