Who is responsible
for gates leading to public rights of way?
Generally gates are the responsibility of the landowner.
Can the gate be repaired?
If you wish to report a gate that needs repairing please complete the
online service request
form. An Officer will contact the landowner requesting that the gate
be repaired within a specified timescale.
