What can I pay online?
You can pay general invoices,. council tax, business rates, housing accounts and parking fines online.

What is the process for paying online?
Step 1: Choose which bill you want to pay
Step 2: Enter your billing reference (this can be found on your invoice)
Step 3: Enter your payment details (card number, amount etc)
Step 4: Wait for the message which verifies your payment and gives you your receipt
Step 5: Print your receipt

Can I pay more than one bill?
At present, if you want to pay more than one bill, you will need to repeat the step by step process.

Which cards are accepted?
You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta,Switch, Solo.

Can I have a receipt?
You can print out or have your receipt emailed to you

What if my card is refused?
Cards are refused by the bank, not the council. If the card is refused you will recive a message giving a reason. There are many reasons why your card may be refused. Contact your bank for more details.

Is it secure?

You can check that you are in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock or key icon on your browser. This should appear on any page where you are entering personal information. You can check the registration of this secure area by clicking on the GeoTrust icon

Are my credit card details safe?
We do not store your card details. Your details are only used to process the transaction.

Who should I contact regarding a payment I have made online
Contact information will be on your receipt and will be differ according to the type of payment made.
