Keeping animals

Can my next door neighbours keep chickens/animals
in their garden?
They must make sure that they are kept so the animals do not cause a nuisance
from either smell or noise. There may be something on the house deeds or
tenancy agreement in which case you should consult a solicitor or the landlord
of rented accommodation. If the animals are causing a nuisance please send
details to us by completing the service
request form.
