Connect to Support website launched to support local people

A new website called ‘Connect to Support’ has been launched.

Connect to Support’ helps people get the local support they need all in one place, by visiting an online shop where they can view care services, leisure services and other activities that promote health and wellbeing. ‘Connect to Support’ is part of a regionally-funded initiative covering 15 local authorities.
